Momentum - its a sofa not a rock

I have no idea whether this sofa would actually be comfortable, I am not even sure if thats the point! Designed by avant-garde London based design studio Fredrikson Stallard this sculpture-come-sofa is a feast for the eyes. I love the saturated colour, it feels so indulgent. Made of polyurethane, glass fibre and polyester the sofa is available in two designs. The texture of the first looks to me like the crumbling red south Devon cliffs but with somehow the presence of an incoming storm cloud. The second, makes me think of the concentrated evil from The Time Bandits movie. Any thoughts?
